- At least one author for each accepted paper must register by September 1, 2017 in order to ensure their papers to be included in the conference proceedings published by Springer. Other co-authors can register as participants or full-time students.
- At least one author for each accepted abstract must register by September 8, 2017 in order to ensure their abstracts to be included in the conference booklet and program. Other co-authors can register as participants or full-time students.
- At least one author for each accepted JSSI author must register by September 8, 2017 in order to ensure their paper to publish at the KSS special issue on JSSI and included in the conference booklet and program. Other co-authors can register as participants or full-time students.
- Other participants please register by September 8, 2017 if they need visa application materials issued by local organizers.

Registration Fee will cover the followings:
- One printed conference proceedings published by Springer for Author Registration;
- One e-copy of conference proceedings for Participants and Students Registration;
- Morning and afternoon refreshments, 3 working lunches, reception and banquet;
- Access to all planned conference sessions;
- A student rate attendee must provide a copy of his/her student ID and a letter from the related Department Head/Chair stating that the attendee is a full time student.
