Regular conference registration

- A Regular Conference Registration Fee covers (1) access to conference sessions and (2) coffee breaks and lunch during December 13-14, 2019

Notes:

  • At least one author of every accepted paper must register before Nov. 30 as regular conference registration.
  • Registration for conference papers MUST be done by Nov. 30. If the registration for a conference paper has not been done by its deadline, the acceptance of the paper will be cancelled.
  • For authors, the filled registration form and the filled copyright transfer form need to be submitted together with the camera-ready manuscript before November 30, 2019. The PDF file and latex source of the camera-ready manuscript. The template can be downloaded from the following URL by login to the system

Remarks to authors

  • The regular papers are basically going to be included in the post-proceedings. However, each regular paper will be reviewed again by a member of the program committee before it is accepted for publishing in the post-proceedings. This process is to ensure the quality of the papers.
  • In case of the short papers, each revised short paper is going to be reviewed again by at least two reviewers. The short papers with top quality will be accepted for publishing in the post-proceedings.
  • Finally, we would like to remind you that the papers will only be published in the post- proceedings when at least one of the authors presents their papers at the conference.
