- A Regular, Short, and Student Conference Registration Fee covers (1) access to conference sessions in both KICSS2018 and iSAI-NLP2018, and (2) coffee breaks and lunch during November 15-17, 2018, (3) banquet on November 16, 2018 (A full conference proceedings will be available on-line prior to the event.) (4) Reception on November 14, 2018
- A Conference Accompany Registration Fee covers (1) lunch during November 15-17, 2018, (2) banquet on November 16, 2018 (3) Reception on November 14, 2018. Accompanying means spouse, children, parents or friends who will not access to the conference but join only lunch and dinner. An accompanying person needs to attach to one who joins the conference
- An Extra Conference Paper Registration will not include anything.

Notes:
- At least one author of every accepted paper must register before Oct. 25 as regular/student conference registration. In the case that one author has multiple conference papers, the author has to pay THB 7,000 for an extra conference paper, as well as one regular registration is required. Additional registration fee for an author having more than one accepted conference paper (Maximum 2 papers)
- Registration for conference papers MUST be done by Oct. 25. If the registration for a conference paper has not been done by its deadline, the acceptance of the paper will be cancelled.
- For authors, the filled registration form and the filled copyright transfer form need to be submitted together with the camera-ready manuscript before October 15, 2018. The PDF file and latex source of the camera-ready manuscript. The template can be downloaded from the following URL by login to the system
- Every student registrant must scan his/her student's identification card and send to kicss2018@gmail.com, and also show the ID at the registration desk.
Remarks to authors
- The regular papers are basically going to be included in the post-proceedings. However, each regular paper will be reviewed again by a member of the program committee before it is accepted for publishing in the post-proceedings. This process is to ensure the quality of the papers.
- In case of the short papers, each revised short paper is going to be reviewed again by at least two reviewers. The short papers with top quality will be accepted for publishing in the post-proceedings.
- Finally, we would like to remind you that the papers will only be published in the post- proceedings when at least one of the authors presents their papers at the conference.
