Notes
- Every conference paper requires at least one Regular conference registration (IEEE/ECTI or Non- IEEE/ECTI).
- A Regular Conference Registration Fee covers (1) conference proceedings and program book, (2) access to conference sessions and (3) coffee breaks and lunch during January 23-25, 2014, (4) banquet on January 24, 2014, and (5) technical visit on January 25, 2014.
- A Conference Accompany Registration Fee covers (1) lunch during January 23-25, 2014, (2) banquet on January 24, 2014, and (3) technical visit on January 25, 2014.
- Every conference paper requires at least one Regular Conference Registration Fee. In cases that one author has multiple conference papers, one regular registration is needed, and each extra paper will cost 2500 Baht for a conference paper (Maximum extra 1 paper).
- The authors of conference papers MUST register with Regular Conference Registration Fee before December 28, 2013. If the registration for a conference paper has not been done by its deadline, the acceptance of the paper will be cancelled.
- An Extra Conference Paper Registration will not include anything.
- Accompanying means spouse, children, parents or friends who will not access to the conference but join only lunch and dinner. An accompanying person needs to attach to one who joins the conference.
- For hotel reservation, visit http://saki.siit.tu.ac.th/icictes2013/front/show/conference-venue for instruction. If any problem, please contact us through email icictes2013@siit.tu.ac.th. We suggest you to stay at the Merlin Beach Resort and Spa Hotel, our conference venue. The hotel gives us a very special room rate.
- The cancellation done before January 4, 2013 will be processed with 50% deduction while the cancellation done after January 4, 2013 will be processed without refund.
- The hotel reservation can be done using the separate form on the conference web site.
