Student conference registration does not include the students
who have a paper accepted. Every conference paper requires
at least one regular conference registration.
Additional registration fee for an author having more than one accepted conference paper (Maximum 2 papers)
- At least one author of every
accepted paper must register before Oct. 17 as regular conference registration. For more details, please
refer the instruction email sent to authors. If you have not received

papers MUST be done by Oct. 17. If the registration for a conference paper

together with the camera-ready manuscript before October 17, 2010. The PDF file and latex source

Every student registrant must scan his/her student's identification card and send to
email@example.com, and also show the ID at the registration desk.
Every conference paper requires at least one regular conference registration. In the case that
one author has multiple conference papers, the author has to pay THB 6,600 (JPY 17,000) for an
extra conference paper, as well as one regular registration is required.
Registration for conference papers MUST be done by October 17, 2010. If the registration for a
conference paper has not been done by its deadline, the acceptance of the paper will be cancelled.
Remarks to authors
- The regular papers are basically going to be included in the post-proceedings. However, each
regular paper will be reviewed again by a member of the program committee before it is accepted for
publishing in the post-proceedings. This process is to ensure the quality of the papers.
In case of the short papers, each revised short paper is going to be reviewed again by at least two
reviewers. The short papers with top quality will be accepted for publishing in the post-proceedings.
Finally, we would like to remind you that the papers will only be published in the post-
proceedings when at least one of the authors presents their papers at the conference.
For an AUTHOR, please fill in the copyright transfer form, SIGN on it, SCAN it and ATTACH the scanned file online when you submit the CAMERA-READY manuscript.

written notice should be sent to KICSS 2010 Desk by e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org or fax to +66-2501 3524.
If cancellation notice is received by 23:59 (PST) on November 24, 2010
(Wednesday), registration fee will be refunded after deducting bank charge
and commission. Author registrations for conference papers
can NOT be cancelled. After November 25, 2010 (Thursday) (PST), the registration
fee is not refundable in any case.
